Mexico's criminal Justice system does not help the people. It continuously fails to provide justice for victims of violent crimes and human rights violations. In 2008, Mexico had passed a constitutional reform where it created a basis for the criminal system with oral trials and measures that are critical for fundamental rights. However they have until 2016 to finish the reform. Therefore the progress is slow and most changes have yet to be placed into practice.
