Vojislav Koštunica
He was the President of Yugoslavia from 2000-2003, and then the prime minister of Serbia from 2004-2008.
He was a constitutional lawyer who strongly opposed Communism, so he founded the Democratic Party of Serbia in 1992. When he won the Presidency in 2000, he beat Slobodan Milosevic. When Milosevic tried to refuse to accept the results, hundreds of thousands of Serbs demonstrated in support of Kostunica.
